FAQs
Everything teams usually want to know before they start building with YOXA.
Yoxa.ai is a platform that helps you reimagine your business workflows using teams of AI agents without the need of deep technical expertise.
YOXA lets you build smart workflows where multiple AI agents collaborate to use your apps, process data, and complete complex tasks for you.
You can create these workflows however you prefer:
For now, yes. OpenAI is the default foundational model powering YOXA’s orchestration engine. You simply plug in your enterprise OpenAI API key to run your Swarms. However, our roadmap is actively focused on becoming model-agnostic. In future updates, you will have the flexibility to swap to Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), or route tasks to your own self-hosted open-source models (like Llama 3).
We offer two deployment architectures to match your specific security posture:
Absolutely not. We maintain a strict "Absolute Wall" policy. Whether you use YOXA Cloud or Local, your data—including uploaded PDFs, customer names, multi-agent prompts, and output logs—will never be used to train, fine-tune, or improve YOXA's models or OpenAI's base models. Your proprietary workflows and corporate IP remain exclusively yours.
Multi-agent systems can occasionally enter infinite loops if logical parameters are poorly defined. To protect your systems and your API budgets, YOXA features built-in and manually set Circuit Breakers. You can set hard limits on API spend, compute time, and execution cycles for any given Swarm. If an agent exceeds these parameters, YOXA unilaterally pauses the workflow and alerts your engineering team before runaway costs occur.
Our pricing is based on a platform licensing fee (tiered by Cloud vs. Local deployment) and orchestration compute usage. Please note: Because you bring your own OpenAI API key to power the agent reasoning, you pay those LLM inference costs directly to OpenAI. YOXA charges for the orchestration, security, and hosting infrastructure, not the underlying AI model tokens.
YOXA is designed to handle unstructured enterprise data securely. You can upload and parse PDFs, CSVs, Word documents, JSON payloads, and direct database queries. Our agents are equipped with native RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) capabilities, allowing them to "read" your corporate documents and factor that specific context into their automated workflows.
YOXA follows the highest standards of safety, privacy, and data protection. Relevant certifications have been applied to further strengthen the security and compliance framework. Additional privacy or security standards can also be accommodated based on our client’s specific requirements.
Yes. YOXA is built strictly for B2B. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM), guaranteed 99.9% uptime SLAs for YOXA Cloud, and direct access to our solutions engineering team to help you architect, test, and deploy complex multi-agent Swarms safely.
Deployment timelines vary based on your chosen architecture. YOXA Cloud can be provisioned and ready for your first workflow within 24 hours. YOXA Local deployments (installed on your own VPC) typically take 1 to 2 weeks, which includes architecture reviews, security compliance checks, and a dedicated onboarding phase with your engineering team.
